The information provided on this “Employment Agencies Portal” (“the Portal”) (including the information in the list of licensed employment agencies (“EAs”), the list of EAs convicted of offences of overcharging job-seekers or unlicensed operation, the list of EAs whose licences were revoked/refused renewal and the list of EAs to which written warning(s) for non-compliance with the Code of Practice for Employment Agencies were issued) (“the Information”) is for general reference only. Whilst the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“the Government”) endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the Information, no statement, representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, is given by the Government in relation to such Information (including without limitation the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness and appropriateness of the Information for use in any particular circumstances).
