Briefing for Employment Agencies

The Labour Department will organize an online seminar for the employment agencies industry in December which you are cordially invited to attend. The themes of the seminar include the point-to-note and obligations of employment agencies under the Employment Ordinance (EO), Employment Agency Regulations and the Code of Practice for Employment Agencies in conducting their business, rights and obligations of foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) and their employers under the EO and Standard Employment Contract, provisions under the Immigration Ordinance relating to FDHs and other issues in relation to FDHs’ entry to Hong Kong as well as introducing the electronic Employment Agencies Services (e-EAS). Details are as follows:

- send the required application information, including name of employment agency, name of participant, email address for online registration and particulars of contact person (name, telephone number and email address), to our office by email direct.
