The Labour Department (“LD”) will organize a seminar for the employment agencies (“EAs”) industry, the seminar will cover the below topics:

Employment Rights and Obligations of Employers of FDHs under Hong Kong Labour Laws	Representative(s) of the Foreign Domestic Helpers Division of the LD
Brief on the anti-discrimination laws	Representative(s) of the Equal Opportunities Commission

When operating the business, apart from the laws and regulations enforced by the LD, EAs must also observe other legislations which are considered most relevant to the operation of EAs. To promote understanding of relevant legislations and regulations, EA practitioners, including operators and employees, are cordially invited to attend the seminar. Details are as follows:
