Briefing for Employment Agencies

To promote understanding of the Code of Practice for Employment Agencies (CoP) and relevant legislation among operators and staff of the industry, the Labour Department will organise a briefing in January which you are cordially invited to attend.
Themes of the briefing include obligations of employment agencies under the Employment Ordinance, Employment Agency Regulations and CoP. The briefing will also include a session introducing the rights and obligations of foreign domestic helpers and their employers under the Employment Ordinance and Standard Employment Contract. Details of the briefing are as follows:

Please note that each EA can reserve up to 2 seats which will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will notify participants the results of seat allocation by fax.
